RIGA FASHION WEEK Unveils Its Autumn Edition Campaign Image and Announces Event Dates

The Baltic Fashion Federation has unveiled the new season campaign image for RIGA FASHION WEEK, marking the approach of the 43rd edition of the event, which will take place from 20 to 24 October, 2026. Over several days, the leading fashion industry event in the Baltic region will bring together Latvian and international designers, fashion professionals, media representatives, industry guests and fashion enthusiasts.

The autumn edition will showcase designers’ latest collections, including works created for the Spring/Summer 2027 season, while introducing emerging names and highlighting the diversity of Baltic fashion.

Events will take place across several venues, with each location selected to complement the content and format of the respective event. The season’s main runway shows will be held at the Hanzas Perons cultural venue on 22 and 23 October. Additional shows, collection presentations and other program events are also planned at the Zunda Towers complex, designers’ studios, brand presentation spaces and other locations. The full RIGA FASHION WEEK program and details of its participants will be announced gradually.

The styling of the autumn edition’s campaign image was created by Eriks Ukass, bringing together contrasting silhouettes, textures and the individual creative signatures of several Latvian designers. The brown coat by emerging designer Katrina Ermanovica-Hermanovica and the white blazer by Yurgis Emils Liepins are paired with a skirt created by established designer Natalija Jansone, forming a dialogue between a new generation of Latvian fashion talent and established traditions. The combination also underlines the role of RIGA FASHION WEEK as a platform that provides professional visibility for emerging designers alongside recognized names.

According to Eriks Ukass, the stylist behind the autumn edition’s campaign image, the composition embodies feminine lightness, grace and purity. “White symbolizes spirituality, elegance and status, while the brown coat lends the image strength, restraint and a distinctly Nordic character. It is equally important to me to speak loudly about the potential of emerging designers from the Art Academy of Latvia — these talents should not remain in the shadows. This is why student work forms the greater part of the overall look, complemented by the distinctive creative signature of the established brand ‘Natalija Jansone’.”

The campaign was photographed by Martins Goldbergs, while the make-up and hair look was created by Andrè Won, completing the composition and highlighting the individuality of Paula Rudevica, a model represented by MOON Models agency.
