For several seasons now, the organizers of RIGA FASHION WEEK have been announcing an eco-agenda as one of their key themes. This is not coincidental – with each passing year, the sustainable fashion market is developing more rapidly. Within the framework of the 38th RFW, not only will designers showcase collections made from ecological materials, but partners will also participate in discussions and seminars on the topic of conscious consumption.
For the first time as part of the 38th Riga Fashion Week, the new collection will be presented by Finnish designer Miia Halmesmaa, supplemented by the current seasonal collections of clothing and accessories from Stockmann Riga department store. One of the goals of the collaboration is to reveal the combination of designer fashion and everyday style, which, when combined, emphasize the individuality and uniqueness of each person.
